Perfect to have on hand for unexpected guests. Use to stuff small multi-colored tomatoes, cucumbers or just spread on small pumpernickel bread or crackers.

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed/minced until very fine
  • 8 oz butter, room temperature
  • 16 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, minced or 1 teaspoon dried dill weed, crumbled
  • 1/2 of each of the following: marjoram, basil, black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Mix cheeses, butter and garlic.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, mix well.
  3. Pack into a container just large enough to hold the mixture and store in refrigerator.
  4. Serve at room temperature; especially on cucumber bites.

Take the dry herbs and rub them between your fingers before adding.
