Maple Cinnamon Butter

A good way to make muffins great!

Maple Cinnamon Butter

Ingredients

  • 12 tablespoons unsalted butter at room temperature
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese at room temperature
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat all ingredients for a couple of minutes until smooth and combined.
  2. Drizzle with additional maple syrup over the butter as a garnish.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Always serve at room temperature for easy spreading.


Do a taste test before refrigerating; need more cinnamon, vanilla or maple syrup? This is the time to add it. Tasty on English muffins!
